It looks like Canada made some money down in Texas this weekend. Nice playing you guys and gal. Is Floppy home now I didn't see his name on the lists?

To all that showed up on Saturday for the Foosball tourney at Toby’s THANK YOU for making it such a success. To those that did not you missed yet another fun filled day spent with friends playing Foos.
Special Thanks go out to Pat Mandin for bringing his Computer and program to run it. And run it he did. To Mike Donaldson for providing an extra table that was in great shape. Congratulations on your sale of mentioned table.
To those that were upset by the re-draw on the 2nd DYP. I say sorry. There was a missed player that had made the request to play but didn’t make the original roster. I understand how it feels when you get an awesome draw and then only to find out that it has been re-drawn. I am hopeful that those that played will return in the future. Unfortunately the system we were using didn’t allow for a different scenario. I believe the suggestion was to install the new add and draw from the existing draw roster to find the person that would be playing twice. Had the system allowed this I would surely have done that.
Any way I hope that you all had a great day playing and hanging with friends. Congratulations to all the winners in the three events that we had. See you all at another tourney……………………
Thank you for your support and participation,
Bill

Hey all, I just wanted to remind you all that the tourney at Valhalla's will once again be "Fired" up starting Tuesday (tomorrow), Literally! I'll have two brand new Fireball coin-ops to get your "Foos-jones" on, and to get some practice on for the upcoming Western Open.
Hope to see plenty of you there for the "Re-opening". I may even "add" a little sumpt'n to the pot! GO FOOS ! Myk

Hey Bill,
Thanks for putting on another nice tourney, and for letting me use my table to showcase it for a sale.
Hey Pat,
Thanks for helping out again, with the puter program. Of course you stuck Bill with me after the second draw in the second DYP. Sorry Bill.
GO FOOS !

Just to let everyone know, the new tourney/old location at Valhalla's with the Fireball table turned out great! The tables played great (with the exception of the coin-op mechanizim) and I think most people were pleasantly surprized with the table. Hope to see more people out next week.
GO FOOS !

Bill (and anyone else): There is a link below the topics in the Forum Statistics that shows the last 10 posts in descending order. That’s the easiest way to read this board because it shows all topics at once. Isaac can’t change the way it works. I hear comments at the tourneys that it’s just too much trouble to click on a topic so they will not use it. Oh well. Just spend a few minutes and click on things, click on a person name and see all their posts, the latest ones are highlighted in black, really it's not that hard.

Got it Pat that is how I am going to navigate this board from now on. That works cool but when i want to post a response to another post I have to go to that link in order to do that. Is there a short cut to do this that I am missing. I appreciate the answer to my question for the computer illiterate such as my self.

No you have to click on a topic to respond to it. I think the software was designed to have a new topic created when you have something new to say, then people can comment on it for a few days and move on to the next one, Check out this Foosball message board if you have never been there. www.foosballboard.net/phpBB/viewforum.php?f=7

Okay, I got the coin mech fixed one the table at Valhalla's, so it's ready to go for after you all have your fun filled holiday weekend. Come on out and get your Fireball practice in before the Western Open at the end of the month. Times-a-wastin'!
